Add an Option for Printed Voucher Payment Requests

FEATURE:

Add a feature to generate vouchers, and once the voucher is entered, request a payment through the predefined payment gateways.

CONTEXT:

At a cashless event, we had the request to be able to transfer vouchers between customers. At present, the only way to transfer a voucher is to have the recipient login with the giving party’s mobile number, to add a device to the customer voucher (Assuming that the limit of MAC addresses have not been reached). Our devised workable solution would be to generate a voucher at a discounted rate ("handling fee") which, when used, would force the recipient to complete the payment before the voucher activates. We specifically did not want to add this as listed voucher, as everyone would just purchase the cheaper option instead, so this voucher would be an admin-only issued voucher. This way, there is a revenue option added to the product lifecycle.
